2. Do you only plan events in Chicago?

We are based in Chicago and primarily serve the city and surrounding suburbs. However, we’re open to traveling for select events depending on location and availability. Let’s chat about your needs!


3. What is the difference between your event packages?

Event Consultation & Styling – Ideal for DIY hosts who need guidance, styling ideas, and vendor recommendations.
Partial Planning & Coordination – A mix of hands-on help and planning support; we help with logistics and setup but don’t fully take over vendor bookings.
Full-Service Planning & Coordination – A completely stress-free experience where we handle everything, from vendor contracts to event-day execution.

4. Can I customize a package or book à la carte services?

Absolutely! We offer a range of à la carte services like balloon installations, photo backdrops, dessert table styling, and day-of coordination. You can mix and match to create a custom package that fits your event needs.


5. Do you offer day-of coordination only?

Yes! If you’ve planned your event but need a professional to manage the timeline, vendors, and logistics on the day, our Day-Of Coordination service is perfect for you.


6. How far in advance should I book your services?

For best availability, we recommend booking:
Full-Service Planning – At least 3-6 months in advance.
Partial Planning & Coordination2-4 months in advance.
Consultation & Styling1-2 months in advance.
Day-Of Coordination or À La Carte ServicesAt least 4-6 weeks prior to the event.

We do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows—feel free to reach out!


7. What is your pricing, and do you offer payment plans?

Our event packages start at $500 for consultation and go up to $2,500+ for full-service planning. Custom pricing is available based on event needs.
We offer flexible payment plans to make planning stress-free! A deposit is required to secure your date.
